A £50 suppliment will be chargeable for a 1 night stay on Fridays and Saturdays.
Half Board Packages. As we well know and understand our clientele, we at Robertswood are more than happy to offer Bed, Breakfast and Evening Meals.
Evening Meals 3 courses followed by Tea or Coffee and a selection of mints.
£29.95 each: Two nights Evening meals
£27.50 each: Three nights Evening meals

Check in is between 4 and 6pm. Please let us know if you would like to arrive outside these times. Please note our latest check in is 11pm. Check out time on the day of your departure is by 10.30am.

Terms and Conditions
Methods of Payment
A £25 non returnable deposit is required before confirmation of the booking is confirmed in writing. This can be arranged either by giving details of a Visa or Switch Debit card or by sending a cheque made payable to Robertswood. You may settle your bill however you wish on your departure. Please note that ‘Credit Cards’ have a 10% surcharge and Amex a 15% surcharge.
Cancellations
When making a booking whether by telephone, email or by snail mail you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you have to cancel or cut short your stay for whatever reason, then under law you will be liable for any cancellation charges we may have to make. Unless cancellations are re-let full compensation will be sought. Nights not re-let incur a cancellation charge of 2/3 the room rate.
Minimum charge (1 night not re-let) £90.00. “No Shows” are charged in FULL.
Damages
We will charge in Full the replacement value of any damage caused. Repairs will be charged at full value of parts
and labour. Cleaning of carpets will be charged at £50 per hour.
Left Luggage
Any items left will be returned on request plus post and packaging.
